At CCW, we offer professional engraving services to create custom, one-of-a-kind designs on wood. Whether you bring your own board or choose one of ours, we work closely with you to ensure your vision is perfectly realized.
How It Works
- Submit Your Design
Provide your design details and preferences using the form below.
Upload your own design or request a custom design created by CCW.
- Review and Approve
If CCW creates your design, you’ll receive 1–3 proofs to review and finalize.
Approve the final proof before engraving begins.
- Engraving and Pricing
Once the design is finalized, we’ll process the file and calculate your custom engraving price based on the design’s complexity and engraving time.

Engraving Services & Fees
- No Design Fee for Engraving TEXT Only: Engraving letters or numbers is free of any design charge.
- No Setup Fee for Client-Provided Artwork: We’ll process your provided artwork at no extra cost.
- Custom Artwork Design: $25 (includes up to 3 proofs for review).
- Custom Logo Design: $40/hour.
- Engraving Costs: $1.50 per minute.
Final engraving quotes are provided after design approval.
Bring Your Own Board
Do you have a wooden board you'd like engraved? We’re happy to work with your items! Please ensure the board is clean, dry, and made of hardwood for the best results.
Our Commitment to Quality
We work closely with each client throughout the process to minimize the chance of errors. However, engraving is a precise and irreversible process, and mistakes can occasionally occur despite our best efforts.
Engraving Services Agreement
By submitting your board or design for engraving, you agree to the following terms:
- Client-Provided Boards: CCW is not responsible for damage caused to client-provided boards during the engraving process.
- Design Approval: Clients must approve the final proof before engraving begins. Once approved, no further changes can be made.
- No Refunds: Custom engraving services are non-refundable, except in cases of clear error caused by CCW.
We recommend discussing any specific concerns or questions with our team prior to engraving to ensure complete satisfaction.
